Peter Spruance, AIA

Before founding Spotswood Architecture + Design, Peter served as Principal and Project Executive at Miller Hull Partnership, where he led projects including the $480 million LEED Platinum San Ysidro Land Port of Entry expansion. That depth of technical and project management experience now informs every residential project he takes on. Based on Bainbridge Island and registered in Washington State, Peter works with homeowners across the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain West on custom homes, additions, remodels, and complex sites.
